The Challenge

We needed a comprehensive accessibility system that could integrate with our existing IT infrastructure and workflows. Managing accessibility compliance in-house was becoming overwhelming with limited resources and expertise.

The Experience

The A3S program works like an extension of our team. They identify accessibility issues, fix them, retest, and monitor new releases. The monthly reports and expert support give us real confidence in compliance.

The Recommendation

"We recommend Perspective Tester to any organization that needs a dependable accessibility system."

The Challenge

We were implementing changes on our website to ensure accessibility but didn't have the time or expertise required to test whether what we were doing was fully accessible. We were up against a deadline for compliance in Colorado and needed help to ensure we were accessible both for the benefit of our residents but also to avoid costly lawsuits. Also, there were many different individuals in our organization responsible for making their sections of the website accessible. It wasn't feasible to double-check their work.

The Experience

Perspective Tester is very responsive and answers questions quickly. They provide monthly updates on progress on testing and remediating our website.

The Recommendation

"I would definitely recommend Perspective Tester to other government agencies, nonprofits, and corporations trying to make their website accessible and/or compliant with digital accessibility laws. They make me feel confident that our website will be accessible to all our residents and we have protection from potential lawsuits."

The Challenge

We had a large number of pdfs, particularly on our website, that needed to be remediated to comply with state and federal digital accessibility laws. Many of these PDFs were very long, and some were quite complex, including fillable forms and scanned documents. We were trying to meet a state deadline, and there was no way for us to remediate the documents without assistance. We could not remove all of them without impacting our day-to-day operations and some of the documents were legally required to be posted.

The Experience

I have appreciated the prompt service and the frequent check-ins. Justin has gone out of his way to ensure we meet our deadlines and answer our questions.

The Recommendation

"Yes, this has been a positive experience. It has made a very large and overwhelming project manageable!"
